My first note doesn't have much to do with the physical unit, but it's worth sharing that I ordered this early on the 26th of Dec and within two hours it was already in the hands of DHL for delivery from Taiwan to Los Angeles. Ok, very responsive but the estimate from Amazon/DHL was still like 14-21 days so that is what I expected. I received the unit this very evening, the 27th, less then 36 hours after I hit Submit on the order!!! I still can't believe it.
The unit was perfectly packed. It even had a little Christmas string on it with a hand written note telling me to enjoy the product and was signed by customer service with their contact info. In my 5 years of ordering hundreds of items from Amazon, this was by far the best shipping and handling experience ever, who would have thought.
Ok, so now to get this puppy mounted up and running... but I did already test this with a backup 12v source, 100% good.
I hope you don't find yourself needing the footage in court or anything, but if you do, you're covered with this unit. Best of luck!

Great product for the money. Easy to install and use. Blends in perfectly with car interior. Almost impossible to spot, not like others I have seen where they are attached to the windshield and stick out like a sore thumb. View video on mirror or download to computer for viewing. Great video even at night with very little lighting. No more doubts as to what happened or who was at fault. Prompt service, received it in a matter of days. I personaly will be keeping an eye on this Seller for further needs without a doubt.
This camera cam very fast and was exactly what I was looking for. It records while you are driving and starts a new recording every 5 minutes without missing any footage. You can turn the screen off so it is not distracting while driving at night and you can play video back on the camera itself. Even take a snapshot of the playback. You cannot hear the audio when playing back on the camera but it is very easy to remove the SD card and play it on your computer. The only downside is that I cannot put my sun visors all way down but that is something I can live with. Great product!
I bought this camera 2 weeks ago.Its exactly what I expected to be.I like it because it doesn't stands out. I got the camera because i drive a lot in Chicago area and its nice to have something like that in case of an accident.I get, very good quality video at 720 P.I noticed that if its cold outside and i live my camera inside the car overnight ,when I start the car ,on the camera display some horizontal lines appear. I think its probably from the cold weather ,because after the car its getting warmer inside ,the lines disappear.

First, I ordered the item on Nov 8 and Nov 12 it was in my hands. Mind you, the product comes from Taiwan. As other have said, personal note was icying on the cake. It's been 2 weeks now and the product works superbly. It does come with 32GB card and all the internal settings(Include date and time) had been pre-set correctly for me at the company. All I did was snap it on my Camry '12 rear-view mirror, hide the wires and done. Fitting for me was tight and sturdy. Cable was more then long enough to visually be out of sight through the nook and corners. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product. Amazed how good the video is at night even with no street lights. Directions provided is thorough and easy to follow. Great product!
