UPDATE 4/17/13:
It's nice when your phone's battery gets to 15% left and you can ignore (and laugh) at the "Connect your phone to a charger now!" warning that pops up. It hit 15% battery at 3:00 pm yesterday. My phone lasted another 9 hours till midnight before it hit 2%, without plugging it in to charge. I had 3 hours of screen time during that 9 hours.
Simply amazing!
UPDATE 4/15/13:
On recharge #5 I got 39 hours (letting it drop to 2%). So I can go 2 days on a single charge (from when I wake up till I go to sleep the next day) with very heavy usage (10 to 12 hours of screen time). Finally, a battery that outlasts me!
For the recharge time, it takes about 8 to 9 hours. It reaches 100% in about 5.5 hours. But the phone tells me it is fully charged 2 to 3 hours later (ie I get the indicator in the notification bar that charging is complete).
UPDATE 4/11/13:
Last night I wanted to see how many hours it would last if I let it drain to 1% (instead of 2%). It was stubborn but eventually around midnight it hit 1%.
I got 41 hours total (instead of the 36 hours I had for the 3 previous charges). That's with fairly heavy use (14 hours screen time) over the last two days. It went from 7:00 am Tues to midnight Wed on a single charge.
REVIEW:
So far the battery is working very well. I used to avg about 10 to 12 hours with the stock battery. But I would charge every chance I got (at work, in the car) just to make it till bedtime. Now I easily get 36 hours and only have to charge once every two days. This is with 11 to 12 hours of the screen being on (which is a lot). If you are a casual phone user (I'm not at all) I could see your charge easily lasting 3 days, maybe 4.
I could easily go 40+ hours (maybe 48 hours) but I'm trying to get it to die quicker (when I hit 15%) before I go to bed so I can put it on charge. They recommend letting it drain to 2% before charging it fully for the first 5 charge cycles. I'm trying to follow the guidelines that came with the battery to maximize its usage. Sometimes it takes a couple hours of screen time to go from 5% to 2% (which is awesome!).
Using the Samsung charger that came with the phone, it takes about 6 or 7 hours to charge fully from 2%. It seems to charge quickly up to 60% or 70% for the first 2 hours and then starts to slow down after that. But, that's not bad at all since I usually let my old battery charge overnight anyway.
The phone is heavier but I don't really mind much because it was very light before. It's thicker (not quite twice as thick but close) but the case that comes with it is does not add much bulk at all but is still just as protective as my previous case. It is not any taller or wider, just thicker.
The battery is a little tough to get in since it fits tightly. It took me several minutes because I was being careful. But that's about the only drawback I can think of. And you only have to do it once anyway (unless you swap batteries which you shouldn't have to do anymore).
Get one if you are thinking about it. It's well worth the money.

I bought because I was taking a trip to Disney world with my family and new I would be using my phone a lot. I took picture, video, used the Disney GPS apps all the time, made phone calls for reservations and let my son play games on my phone when on the shuttles to and from the parks. It still lasted until nearly the end of the third day at the parks. I charged it overnight the night before we left Florida I watched two movies on the plane watch another movie while Ice fishing the next day and used it as a WiFi hot spot for streaming a Netflix movie to a tablet the day after that along with all my normal use and it still lasted until I went to bed on the third night. I am very happy I made the investment. This battery does make the phone bulky and this battery weighs three times what the factory battery weighs. The case is also the back that holds the battery in place and it does a very nice job. It is a hair thinner than the phone with an otter box defender case on it. It will take nearly 12 hours to charge when it gets down below 5%.
I have only had it a month but I am very satisfied.
I haven't gotten the 3 day with no charge out of it. But I have gotten 32 hours of heavy usage before the indicator turned yellow. Works for the reason I bought it. Can now make it through work while listening to music and still have battery left to do whatever.
Edit 04/13: Ok I've hit 2 and a half days of no charging. I guess the more you do the complete drain and recharge, the better the battery gets. My friends are now buying these. Definitely worth the money.

I have a video review of comparing both ZeroLemon 7000mAh and Hyperion 4200mAh Battery.
Includes instruction of how to insert the Zerolemon battery for those having trouble. The case is black but same as white as confirmed by ZeroLemon
Summary of ZeroLemon 7000mAh Battery:
-180 days warranty from zerolemon vs hyperion's 90 days warranty
-Soft Case that is bendable and absorb shocks when dropped
-Full Edge protection so it doesn't dent your edge if you drop the phone
-Case also sticks out a little bit so your screen doesn't get scratch when face down on table or floor
-Phone more sturdy feel after adding the battery and the Soft Case
-Soft Case is good quality and fits over the buttons well. Tightens up the more you use it
-Largest capacity battery out there - 3 days use easily
-Best mAh/$ out there - 218mAh per dollar at type of writing ($31.99)
-Fulfillment by Amazon fast shipping from USA, got mine in 2 days. Also 30 days full refund for Fulfilled by Amazon orders
-Pretty good customer service. Answer email quite fast and on question I have (Thanks Joey!)
Overall worth the 6 dollars premium over the hyperion.
I've tried both Q-Cell and Hyperion. They are good.
ZeroLemon is GREAT!
Currently: 48+ hours on battery. 12 hours screen on. 8 hours talk time.
Amazing, amazing, amazing.
On top of that: I simply love the back/case. Ultra comfortable in my hand and great protection.
After having for a week or so, I simply can't imagine using the SIII without it.
