wotches man Rand McNally RVND 7 Inch Lifetime

I have been very pleased with my Rand McNally RV GPS. I like the large screen and the many available features. Being able to touch the screen and get a list of 'opportunities' at the next exit is fantastic. Also, upcoming RV-friendly locations (fuel / WalMart)automatically populate on the screen when you get close. Having the peace-of-mind that you can enter the specifics for your RV and the GPS will avoid things like low bridges is great. I actually, like the Speed Warning information---it has been very useful. At first, I was a bit surprised by the changing screen, but I quickly got used to it and realized the advantage. I have used the unit for several trips and have been very pleased. On one occassion I did have an issue where I received what looked like a Windows Error Message that indicated it needed to shut down. However, I simply turned it off and back on and have had no further problems. Of course, some folks have their own preferences for how things might/should work---and this does operate a bit differently than a Garmin---however, it is a quick learning curve and the available information, including the campground and RV park information, is a great addition.

The unit has met all my needs and more.
It has been very accurate. The large screen is very nice and all the info displayed on the screen is easy to view and use.

Great GPS. We had many different GPS up to now but the Rand McNally 7720 is superior to the Garmin and Magellan GPS by far. Simple to operate with many handy features and most up to date on maps.
I purchased the RVND 7710 when it first came out. For over a year it was a love/hate relationship. Reluctantly, I
bought the new 7720 hoping some of the issues that I had we're fixed. I absolutely LOVE this GPS. All the things I hated are not issues with this new unit and now I am one happy camper. Highly recommended! And, even though the RVND 7710 is much cheaper don't buy it ! This is the one, hands down!!!
After reading reviews I was a little worried about buying this . We used it at Christmas for a long trip and it worked great. No hang ups , good route planning for our 13 foot tall R V. I highly recommend this product.
Easy to see, good sound volume, recalculates route without fuss, In myopinion, a good buy and certainly a great help traveling in an RV.
The Rand McNally is a lot different than the Garmin I am used to. I have been using it my car just to learn how to use it before the camping season gets here. If you are Garmin user forget how you use it. It took a little time but I think I am comfortable using it now for camping. From what I seen so far I will take this one over the Garmin (for camping).
I gave this GPS to my husband for Christmas and it does so many things. Not only does it tell us where we want to go, but it lists businesses, campground features, gas stations, and so many other helpful pieces of information to make our trips enjoyable.
Having never had a GPS before, we are wowed by all it offers. Although the price tag was rather expensive, we have not been disappointed.
