I do not know why other reviewers are running down a product that functions perfectly for what it is. I charge the IPad on it along with my phone simultaneously and it works just fine. I have not tried to plug three devices into it at the same time but it would probably work if their current demand is low enough. It is not a cigarette lighter! Great source for a 12 volt power source for setting up remote camera and video equipment. Glad I misplaced the first one that I had so that now I have 2 of them and this one has the USB connections!!

The charger appeared to die but it must have a built in reset. Before throwing it away, I plugged it into a powerstrip that we have in our garage. The blue power led came back on and it works great again. So if you get one and it stops working, unplug it and let it rest for awhile and then plug it back in. Maybe it is because of the hot weather and a low voltage condition on our lines. The powerstrip has a regulator built into it that may be the cause.

I purchased this converter charger so I can run several different types of power supply systems. It works great especially the 2 USB ports that allow me to charge two items at once. This unit allows me to utilize one unit fo charging my DC and USB equipment. I like the option of the cigarette lighter port.
Great to charge anything you need that plugs into a cigarette lighter. I found it to be easy to use.
I bought this as a gift, haven't heard that it didn't work, must be doing fine or I would have heard by now. Thank you!
works gr8 with any charger which is usb power type. also it has the conventional car lighter style port too.
I only bought this because I am using an old Nokia flip phone as a 2nd line that I need for a few months. We had a car charger with the phone, but I needed to be able to charge it inside my apartment. I didn't want to buy a wall charger for the phone (nor could I find one) because I'm only going to use it for a few months. So this works. I plugged it into one of the power strips at my computer desk, and am able to charge the phone, plus add a couple USBs to it and plug my smart phone and another device, so that frees up USB ports on my computer.
I can charge my blue tooth ear piece, which only came with a car charger, and my smartphone, at the same time from the same outlet. This works great.
This wall Adapter has worked fine so far, and is actually a bit heavy for a cheap adapter. It has a good sturdy feel considering it is made in China and inexpensive. I found it to be quite useful and so far has charged my Atrix 2 via Walmart car charger with no problems. Great for those trips where you forget your wall charger but end up having a car charger with you.
Good price. Delivered on time. This utility is more useful than you might think. With all the different charging methods, it is very universal.
